Something that you may not be aware of is that your hair is made up of mostly protein. We all know what the word protein in our eating habits consists of. It makes perfect common sense that if this is what the hair is made of then it is what the hair is going to require. Therefore, along with all those fruits, seeds, nuts and lean meats you have to add the protein food into your diet as well.
