Uniform Shirts and Corporate Uniforms

Most corporate offices use a particular set of uniform which has specific designs and patterns. These designs also have specific colors with different sizes for everyone in the staff. These corporate uniforms include shirts, pants, socks and sometimes a cap. Caps are mainly used in hospitals and military defenses. Uniform shirts are quite common in organizations, medical centers and various institutes including schools and colleges for both students and teachers. There are a number of criteria according to which a person has to wear a uniform shirt in a specific firm. Sometimes the head officials distribute the shirts to everyone in the staff and they are supposed to wear these shirts daily. This is quite common at various organizations and mainly in offices where the staff is provided the shirts to wear. Otherwise, the officials guide the people to buy the shirt of a specific design by themselves and they have to wear those shirts as uniform. This happens in various institutes and medical offices.

In a short period of time, the orders for a specific design of uniform shirt can cross thousands and even millions if the number of staff keeps on increasing at a fast and a constant rate. But it is not a suitable idea for any organization to buy uniform shirts in that amount as it is not sure that the staff would grow rapidly or not. Moreover, it is quite possible that the officials change the design of the shirts and hence the entire stack of shirts which were bought early with an older design would go waste without being used. This contributes to wastage of company's capital and hence may lead to company's loss. Shirt manufacturers sign a contract with the company officials on a minimum order basis in which the customer has to buy at least certain amount of shirts. It is up to the manufacturer to decide the minimum but limit for their clients.

It is very important for a buyer that he must check the quality and the status of the retailer before buying a uniform shirt stock from him. The retailer must have at least a decent variety of color patterns and designs uniform shirt so that the customer does not have any problem while choosing the designs and patterns for his uniform shirt. Once the design has been selected, the order is placed and the package is delivered at the customer's doorstep. The payment is done either by credit card or banker's cheque as it requires huge investment and cannot be done with cash.
